Unless explicitly stated, Zenvira Atelier does not claim exclusive ownership over generic or commonly used traditional designs. However, original design compositions, custom artwork, product photography, branding elements, and marketing materials created specifically by Zenvira Atelier remain the intellectual property of Zenvira Atelier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Similar or identical designs may be available through other sellers, manufacturers, or online platforms. Such similarities may arise from shared artistic traditions, publicly available inspirations, or commonly practiced craft techniques.

All custom-made and bespoke orders are produced according to client-approved specifications. Such orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced, unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified.
