The journey begins when a customer shares their product idea, reference images, dimensions, quantity and intended application. Our team reviews the requirements to understand the scope of the project.

Materials are selected according to the approved design and product requirements. Depending on the project, marble, natural stones, mother of pearl, metals or other specified elements may be prepared for the next stage.

Once the order is ready for shipment, dispatch arrangements are coordinated according to the agreed delivery terms and destination. Applicable shipping documents and shipment details are prepared as required.
